Wow James, I am totally impressed!  To be fair I have to say, for the price, I was expecting something more simplistic and/or some old overused generalities I could find anywhere on the net for free but you really, really have over delivered.  Incredible amount of work you’ve put into this. It’s so much more than I thought and you have stretched my understanding to a whole new level in regards to the psychology of list building and email marketing.  I think you could convert this into a college level course to teach at University.  Your course is informative, insightful, revealing, comprehensive and befitting to any marketer at any level.  This is one of those special courses I will actually print out and put into a book for making notes and proper study and refer back to often. I very rarely if ever offer praise for the products I try but I just had to drop you this note to say that explaining any subject in a manner that provides the reader with such clear and concise insight into the subject is an art.
